Escape from Camp Hostility I remember playing this on "accident" as a little kid. Scenes graphically depicting a bear eating children and blood gave me nightmares. After the bear kept killing Nene (I didn't know her name at the time), I gave up on the game and never finished half of it. I was way too young to play it anyway.
When I reached the appropriate age about a decade later, I managed to find this game out of nostalgic interest. I finally got Nene to pass the bear, ride on a small bird, dodge stones and thorns; only for a car to decapitate her at 40 mph. Also Nene's ghost performed a victory dance with her underwear. Pretty weird...
I misread the Hard mode summary and thought the game would remove the warning signs that warn Nene to jump over a rock. But that wasn't true. The player wouldn't just continue the game with checkpoints; they would have to start over. This didn't change the game as the Easy mode (aka "Pussy mode") and Hard mode shared identical plots.
While the game play was brief, I enjoyed playing it. So I'll give "Escape from Camp Hostility" 3.5 stars.
